Who This Is For

Ongoing Pain or Recurring Issues
Back or neck pain, sciatica-type symptoms, joint pain, stiffness, recurring niggles or an issue that has never fully resolved.
Previous Treatment Hasn’t Worked
You have tried massage, physio, exercises or other treatments but still feel stuck or unsure what is really driving the issue.

Stress and Poor Recovery
Persistent tension, poor sleep, fatigue, burnout or nervous system overload is affecting how you feel and function.

Returning to Movement or Performance
You want to get back to training, sport or everyday movement with more confidence and less restriction.
Clarity and a Plan Forward
You want a more complete understanding of what may be contributing to the problem and a clear plan for what to do next.
“You do not need to know exactly what is causing the issue before you book. Our role is to look beyond the symptoms, investigate the wider picture and work towards identifying the root cause and other contributing factors.”
Ollie Quick, Head Practitioner

Your Consultation Process
Your consultation includes two appointments, both included in the consultation price and normally taking place within a few days of each other.

1 - Consultation & Assessment
A 40 to 50 minute appointment focused on listening, investigation and physical assessment. No treatment takes place during this appointment.
2. Report of Findings & Next Steps
A separate 30 minute appointment where your practitioner explains the findings, what may be contributing to the issue, and any recommended care, frequency and costs.
You decide whether to proceed only after your findings, recommendations and costs have been fully explained.
There is no obligation to begin care.
What Happens During Your Consultation
Your first appointment lasts approximately 40 to 50 minutes and is focused entirely on listening, investigation and physical assessment.
We want to understand not only the issue you are experiencing, but also how your body is functioning as a whole and what may be contributing to it.
We Begin by Listening
Your practitioner will take time to understand:
-
Your current symptoms, concerns and goals
-
Your medical and injury history
-
Changes in movement, function or performance
-
Your lifestyle, training, work demands, sleep and recovery
-
Any previous treatment, rehabilitation or advice you have received
Your Physical Assessment
Your assessment is tailored to you and may include:
-
Posture and balance
-
Movement and mobility
-
Strength and muscle function
-
Relevant neurological checks
-
Orthopaedic tests where appropriate
-
Joint and spinal movement
Only tests relevant to your
individual situation will be carried out.

Assessment Comes Before Treatment
No treatment takes place during your initial consultation. This allows your practitioner to properly review your history and assessment findings before recommending any care.
Within a few days, your practitioner will explain the findings, what may be contributing to the issue, and any recommended care, frequency and costs.
You can then decide whether you would like to proceed. Where appropriate, your first treatment can take place immediately after your Report of Findings appointment.
There is no obligation to begin care.
